The Grade Book in a learning management system (LMS) is an effective tool for tracking students’ progress and providing students with immediate access to grade information. Instructors and teaching assistants will learn the various components of the Grade Book in a LMS, how to customize it and how to import grades from external sources, such as Microsoft Excel or a test scoring service. Instructors will also learn how to use the Grade Book to manage grade distribution in a course.
