Over the past weekend, several users received duplicate copies of old support tickets previously submitted to email@example.com. These tickets were re-created by our ticketing system when we switched over our email address to gmail as a part of the university’s migration to this new email service.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. You can safely delete these messages and only need to contact us if you are currently in need of support.
