The CeLC organizing committee is working hard to cut down on waste during the conference. A number of initiatives have been undertaken to achieve this goal.
Conference Bags: Recyclable bags will be available at the registration desk however we encourage you to either bring a bag or use your laptop bag.
Conference Program: No printed conference programs will be provided. A PDF of the conference program will be available under the program tab if you wish to print one for yourself. Copies of the program will be available for viewing at the registration desk. Additionally each day’s schedule will be broadcast on the lobby TV’s and the session descriptions will be projected in the lobby. The conference website has been optimized for mobile devices and a mobile version of the program is available under the program tab. Finally, upon registration you’ll be provided with a mini-program with the session names, times, and locations.
Conference Water: There will be large water dispensers available during the conference. Culligan has generously donated the use of the water dispensers/coolers. Please bring your water bottle with you to help reduce plastic waste.
